Alert severity levels
SmartMove maps every alert from the EFA network to one of three severity levels:- Critical
- Warning
- Info
Critical alerts indicate service-blocking disruptions — for example, a line that is completely suspended, a stop that is closed, or an emergency affecting passenger travel. These appear with a red badge and an X-circle icon.A critical alert is shown when the EFA API reports the alert as high priority or marks it as a
stopBlocking event.Reading an alert
Each alert card in the full alerts page shows:- Severity badge — Colour-coded label (critical / warning / info)
- Title — A short description of the event
- Subtitle — The line, stop, or route affected
